My complaint:
Since 2020 I have been a paying customer for Securus phone services to talk to my incarcerated loved ones at two facilities. Since March of 2022, I have suffered from not being able to speak to a loved one many times as their service would not connect the call. Sometimes the recording would not read for me even to attempt to press one and accept the call. When I called customer support, they failed to help me, even after speaking with a manager. It is now August, and it is still ongoing. They consistently say that their technical support company will close an open ticket if a call is received. This does not solve the problem for the next phone call. They refuse to solve the problem.
Suggested solution:
Ensure the phone starts working or provide free phone calls since I have been charged for times it connected and I could not hear the inmate either. They should initially fix the problem!
