My complaint:
If I could give a zero rating I would. SECO has failed, numerous times to repair faulty powerlines and / or components (insulators, lightning arrestors etc), shifting the blame on other utilities and any other thing they can blame (they even tried saying it was ‘atmospheric noise’) it on besides their own system. Their technicians don’t even know how to use the noise detection tools that they carry. I will be escalating the issue to the FCC since they think they can shut me up and refuse to come back to rectify this problem, all while they are clearly breaking FCC rules and regulations. The attached video is the EXACT same tool they use. Why is it that I can detect the noise but they can’t? Oh that’s right, they don’t know how to properly use the tool.
Suggested solution:
Fix their faulty components out on the poles.
