My complaint:
Monday I went to Save A Lot with my kids ad I have been going there since the store opened. There weren’t any carts. I asked the man at the door (armed guard) asked him if there were any carts available. He pointed mindlessly and brushed me off. My kids and I began walking the parking lot and saw no carts. We went in through the exit (which I tried not to do because that is not the way in) I found a cart and was walking back in front of the guard again speaking to my son. I was saying that if you have a grocery store without carts that means everyone can suffer because there will be no work for anyone. The guard comes from behind me holding his gun shouting at me and my kids. He was so focused on not being any help that I believe went overboard with his disrespect towards me. I am not a woman who scares easily and I really was over him. His attack was unwarranted especially since he is supposed to show respect to customers,women,and children. I turned around and told him to have some respect. I told him to mind his mouth because there are children around. I told him that over and over until he stopped yelling and put his hand down. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. VERY HURTFUL CONSIDERING I AM A LONG-TIME CUSTOMER. I wanted to leave but I didn’t. I shopped, I went home to search for a different grocery store to shop in. With all that is going on in the world I will not have my son and daughter in hostile environments.
Suggested solution:
Iam sure store policy does not support this behavior. If it does, you may want to begin there without prejudice on the city or it's people.
