Complaint: Cashier needs to ring up customer versus me watching them text at their register before ringing me up

My complaint:

Jessica was the cashier and decided to text in between ringing up customers, I’m walking up and she doesn’t acknowledge me until after she has texted whom ever it was that she was texting then proceeds to throw my groceries in the cart and looks up at me making a laughing hahah about whether or not my food was damaged or that I even realized what she was doing. She lacks professionalism and has poor customer service skills.

Suggested solution:

No phones allowed at the register and use them on breaks and lunches
Do not throw food people are buying in the cart use common sense
