My complaint:
I shop at my local save a lot since I was a kid, thats the store I give most of my buisness to when grocery shopping. I have never had a issue or been treated disrespectful until now. The new younger girl that has just became a manager is so rude disrespectful, and grimey. There was 2 lanes open 10 mins before closing, I was in line with the few items I had before they got on the intercom to tell everyone the registers were closing. My son asked for a jar of pickles and wanted to get them, before he even tried to get the pickles, the manager girl looks at us and in a rude tone of voice and yelling, said I just said the registers are closed sonit aint no walkin round grabbing st putting it in ya buggy, closed means closed, ok I get it its closing time ya wanna fo home, but don’t talk to my child or me like that, yelling cussing and all. I said ok thats fine but you don’t have to speak to us like that, there’s a way to speak to someone n a way not n it ain’t cool the way ya being so rude. So then this manager kept rudely talking crap, cussing, clearly provoking me. So I said ok hell with this stuff n you to girl and left my buggy and items on the check out lane, and proceeded to walk out to leave. This manager leaves the customer she was waiting on at the time and follows me out of the store still being disrespectful and rude, still provoking me. I get outside to get in my truck to leave and still the manager is talking crap and said I get off at 10 o’clock and we can do this. Trying to provoke me still wanting to fight. So I had enough, all I could take and told the girl if it was that big of a problem why wait till 10 pm lets do it now. Then she holler to tell her coworker call the cops. I proceeded to leave and she still talking n started taking pics of my truck and everything. I said if ya want to call cops ill gladly wait. So idk what this manager problem was with her attitude and everything but she don’t need to be working in public.
Suggested solution:
Suspension or be fired.
