My complaint:

I placed 10.00 in lottery machine after getting 20.00 cash back from cashier. Cashier calls for Jason, manager after he realized an error message showed on screen of lottery machine. Manager approached and instantly stated I don’t believe any money was put in there. I than stated check camera he refused to check. Stating I’m not checking cameras for 10.00. I spent thirty minutes dealing with this therefore I returned the ice cream and beverages. He called security to put me out of store. I advised security you can call anyone police but don’t touch me. My spouse having dealt with his hateful comments became upset. While processing my refund he called security agent to hand me my money. Several customers got involved stating publicly he openly dislikes people of color. My response all money green if he doesn’t check cameras that has nothing to do with me. Important to note he could not find 10.00 said did you put twenty. I stated no I put 10.00 he continued to deny I placed money in machine.

Suggested solution:

Jason needs to be replaced with a manager that doesn’t openly display his disrespect and dislike for community he serves..A manager refusing to hand money to customer. I left threatened with the call of police for my money. I wasted my time and I was embarrassed. He treated my spouse like trash once she said that is my wife’s money.
