My complaint:
Every food market I shop at allows me to bring my own grocery bags. Save a lot place required me to leave my grocery bags. Security would not allow me to shop unless I left my bags behind. This never happened here before and no other grocery store has thus policy. Listen, if they have been robbed before, punish the thieves, not the honest buyers. Never shopping here again. Poor quality perishable food anyway. I will shop at Price Rite, Stop and Shop, Big Y and Walmart and never again at Save a Lot. Convenience stores have better quality and customer service than Save a Lot. Would rather spend more money on convenience stores for the better quality of products and customer service. Don’t bother trying to address my complaint. You just lost a customer. Would give 0 star review, but the review system is not able to give 0 star review.
