My complaint:

I shop at this store at least four times a week. Every time I go there the cashier is always in her phone, never speaks or say thank you! That makes me feel unappreciated and makes me not want to shop there anymore!

Suggested solution:

Employee meetings on Customer Service would be nice and appreciated.
