My complaint:
I have had my phone just a little over a year and I opened up to the tablet view ND noticed a thick black line through the middle. I researched and found numerous complaints about the same issue. Samsung now refuses to repair or exchange because of the time passed over 1 year. They sent me a replacement phone to the local office, I went to have everything transferred and they refused to make the exchange. I have spoken to several reps with no resolution. This is absolutely a manufacturer defect and nothing to do with no fault of my own. Please help, as I have another year left to pay for this phone!
