My complaint:
For over 2 months I have been trying to get a refund for a broken washer. The dryer was returned at the same time as the washer and the pedestals that were attached to the washer and dryer.
The refund has been processed for the washer and pedestals (one of which is attached to the dryer), but the dryer has yet to be refunded. I have been told on several phone calls and online chats that they can the dryer has been received and that a refund would be processed in 2-3 business days. Weeks have passed and I keep getting the same empty promise that the refund will be processed, but nothing happens.
Suggested solution:
Process the refund immediately.
