My complaint
During the last few months i can not receive or send MMS. Suddenly the service has stopped functioning. My phone has been updated for all recent updates.
When they send to me mms, i only receive a statement which gives me a code to login in to a site and view my mms. This did not happen before. i could see all my mms immediately.
My phone is Samsung Galaxy A3 2016
this troubles me a lot…
please tell me how to fix it.

to advice me how to resolve this problem.
perhaps offer more updates to Samsung phones A32016 so as to properly function the mms service.
The recent updates of Samsung no longer support the mms service
