Samsung complaint: Tv stopped working two three months after i bought it

My complaint:

I have purchased a open box tv from BestBuy on 01302020 and they gave me a discount because its an open box tv and said there is 1 year warranty for the same. After watching tv for couple of months, it suddenly stopped working and I was able to fix it and watch it for one more day. Then again it stopped working and I raised a complaint with Samsung to get it fixed. They came and told it is physical damage of screen breaking from inside, I did not understand how it worked for 2 months without any issue. I am not sure, if the screen broke while they were forcibly opening the tv from back or something, it was showing as cracked from inside and they told they cant honor warranty because it is broken from inside and its physical damage. I called best buy and they said that they can’t do anything as its more than a month i bought it. The same is the case with samsung, they sent a technician again and he told that there is a broken screen. I have not even paid my EMIs for the tv yet, but neither Best Buy nor Samsung are helping me.

Suggested solution:

I believe I need a refund for the money I paid or a replacement tv from Best Buy or Samsung. I prefer refund of money, because I am never going to Buy anything from Best Buy or Samsung.
