My complaint:
After numerous repair visits to try and fix the refrigerator, Samsung called and asked if I would just accept a refund. I really just wanted my fridge fixed, but agreed to accepted the $2620.86 refund they offered. Months later I received a check for $1097.82 I called to question this considering I was both verbally and in writing on the computer told $2620.86 was the amount of my refund. (Unfortunately, I did not take a picture capture of their screen with the agreed upon price). You never talk to anyone with knowledge of the process. They simply say someone from the account department will contact you with in the next 2-5 days, which never happens. I have been in a three month battle calling them and being told everything from my other check was in the mail to we are still reviewing your account. (That does not include the time staying on them to fix my fridge before the warranty ran out).
Suggested solution:
All I want is for them to honor what they have told me and pay me the $2620.86. That was their price, not mine. I repeatedly stated I just wanted my fridge fixed.
