Samsung complaint: Samsung refrigertor

My complaint:

The ice maker froze up, technician came out fixed it and now there is leaking and frost in my freezer and condensation inside the refrigerator. Frozen water in pullout drawer.

Suggested solution:

Full refund!!!!!
