My complaint:

I am fighting with Samsung to have the defective refrigerator exchanged. After months of back-n-forth and hundreds of dollars worth of spoiled food they are still refusing and playing games.
Insult of the customer service added to the injury of being stuck with non-working refrigerator.

Suggested solution:

Exchange and reimburse.
