My complaint:

I purchase a suite from Lowes Home Improvement and thought Samsung was top of the line manufacturer…so I got a four piece set and in less that 4 years my oven is not heating correctly and was told that the warranty is off so I would have to pay for repair…I have bought off brand appliances and the oven lasted 10 to 15 years and I dont even use the oven enough for it to be gone in less than 4 years and thought they would stand behind their products better than that. I am livid was not able to do any baking during the holidays…won’t make this mistake again!!! NO MORE SAMSUNG FOR ME

Suggested solution:

you would think they would at least send me a new oven element and sensor or send someone in my area to fix it or something cause no brand new oven should burn out that quick
