My complaint:
Called Jan 9, 2023 about new Sound Bar Speaker. After nine calls to Support resulting in five Ticket Nos. being cancelled by Samsung, with no reason provided, there is no action to resolve by replacing the speaker as promised each time. To date each Support agent gives me the same routine resulting in me providing pictures of Model and Serial numbers and Proof of purchase documents several times.
Suggested solution:
Replace the Right Rear Speaker for the HW-Q990B 11.1.4ch Soundbar w Wireless Dolby Atmos DTS:X and Rear Speakers (2022) Model Number: HW-Q990BZA as promised.
