My complaint:
Bough an 85 TV broke in 10 months. Was under warrenty and I was given a defective return lable. Shipped it to NJ at my own expense 200 dollars. They said they would replace or refund it. That was 5 almost 6 months ago. Never got the replacement they wont do anything regarding it and after a BBB complaint I now just get a daily email saying they are looking into it.
They will not do anything. Wasted time money and head ache.
Suggested solution:
Send me the replacement TV that I should have got from the warrenty.
