My complaint:
Needed a low radiation cellphone. Went to Samsung.com. Looked for most current model. (They hid the “20” (as non existent) showed me the “10” as top of the line). They advertised the price (They priced it $200 more than the MSRP at BestBuy, Amazon, etc etc etc). They said it was “5G”. (It was only first generation, the 5G which will not be used next year). They offered a trade-In of my iPhone 6S.
I sent in the as-new, unblemished iPhone 6S for the rebate of $200.
Five months later they show me an image of a beat up, cracked phone, not a 6s and they said I misrepresented my trade in and would be charged $200.
When I realized that the “10” phone was not real 5G they refused to exchange it by five days.
Suggested solution:
Get me the “20” for ….. $ more…
