My complaint:

I have a galaxy z fold I got it in 92021 by 112021 it had to be sent back to be fixed for a samsung issue. Now I’m having another Samsung issue is removing my contact. I have spent 2 days on the phone today I went to AT T and Samsung told both at t and myself that I have to send the phone for repair. Why 2 times in less than one year this phone has a problem and they will not give me a loaner phone. But I can sign up for a trail and pay for a phone my ticket number is 2263566250

Suggested solution:

They should send me a new phone and I will send them back the junk that I have
