My complaint:

I purchased a TV (1000. Plus dollars), placed a warranty on it for 3 years. Started not being responsive so I called the warranty company. They stated that they did not have it on file. I gave all the appropriate info but still stated that it was not on file. Told to return to store to get proof of purchase, which I did. In turn gave them the information and was told that they would contact me. Time passed so I called and when they finally found the information on my TV , now stated that it had expired a few months. My original contact and reported to them was at least 9 months to a year prior to its expiration. Now I have a TV not properly operating with a prior promise that if there were problems that it would be repaired or replaced.

Suggested solution:

Repair or replace my TV of same no or higher value.
