My complaint:
I just find it funny that there have been team leaders and managers fired for having sexual relationships with employees directly under them. Yet somehow there are a couple of female (a manager and a team leader) who get away with this type of conduct without any recourse. Both have been turned in and there has been proof provided. Yet they are able to continue with favoritism and overall get away with doing it. I’m wondering is this acceptable from female leaders within this company now? Very disappointing of so!!! I can not understand how the hard working associates, who believed they had a voice and were supported by the company, are valued when these leaders can continue to show favoritism all because their behavior is acceptable.
Suggested solution:
They should hold the standards of acceptable behavior for employees according to company policy!!!
