My complaint:

First of all No One ever does the Hello, How are you? Can I help you find anything. I usually shop at my normal club 6308. Who ever came up with the stupid idea of running that floor scrubber during business needs to go back to the drawing board and rethink that one. I. Was constantly having to move out of the way. I saw very few employees on the floor. When I got there I went to the cafe. I had to buy bottled diet coke because someone made a stupid decision on only selling Pepsi products in your beverage machines. Heads up not everyone is a Pepsi drinker. You need to bring both ba. So I asked for a cup with a lide. They give me this little plastic cup size of a sippy cup with no lide. I told them so that wouldn’t work. I had to ask three times for two pretzels. . I went to a you scan. Which I hate using . I feel we need to get back to basic and go back to doing things the old school way. I had a employee standing over NY shoulder until I needed assistance. She was busy talking to two other employees. Who ever came up with the stupid idea of after you’ve already gone through cheek out or the u scan for the person at the door to scan my receipt and then scan everything in my cart. Really was that necessary???????? The employee at the door Renee scanned my stuff and my friends receipt. Before she started I had Explained to her we had two separate orders and I showed her what was mine. She proceeded on scanning my friends stuff under my receipt. Renee was very argumentative. I’m going to think long and hard when iit’s time to renew my membership.. It’s a shame of the many changes that have gone on with Sam’s clubs and a lot of them are not for the best.
