My complaint:
It is not really a complaint about Onalaska, it is more about how I still have not received my card for my purchase of the membership on 111122. My son had an interview there and we are from Iowa. I usually go to the Sam’s club in Waterloo, Iowa and while I was in Onalaska, I decided to buy a membership and have my son, Kelly Ward, get on my account as he moved to La Crosse, Wisc. I have a temporary membership slip 10142210470346699, and when I did try to log in at the Waterloo Sam’s, it would not let me. It is almost March and I have only used it once. My son wants to use it and so do as I love to shop there and now my membership only has less than 9 months left.
Suggested solution:
I would love to have my memberships cards sent to me so I can go shopping soon!
Since I have missed 3 months of my membership, add 3 months back on!
