My complaint:
I bought hearing aids that were defective. The representative there in Sam’s club keep saying, each time I brought them back, that she could fix the problem. The last time she sent them back to the manufacture but when they came back, I had the same problem. I turned them in to the representative and she said it has been over 90 days, so no refund, even though they have a year warranty on defective product. I talked to a manager at Sam’s and he said they are not responsible for the hearing aid company’s product. I have a $3,000.00 bill and nothing for it!!!
