Sams Club complaint: Online order – sent incorrect size three times when showing stock available

My complaint:

I have tried to order a pair of Hue Ladies Denim Leggings, Medium wash in size xxxl. The first time, I received a 1X. I contacted Customer Support and was told they too showed the item was in stock in the size I ordered. We decided that I should try it again. I reordered, and again received a 1X. I went to my local store and returned both pair of 1X leggings, and spoke with their Customer Support people, and was told that they had no way to contact the Sams Club Warehouse division to inform them of the error. I was given another phone number for Customer Support for Sams Club Online. I call and spoke with them, and was told the same thing. They also said the their systems showed that there was product available in the size I was ordering. We decided I would try it again, ordering the XXXL size in two different colors. Well , yesterday I received my package, and both pair where 1X. I will now be returning two more pairs to my local Sams Club, and have given up trying to order from Sams Club I can’t believe there is NO WAY to communicate an issue to there staff who fulfull the orders for the Online community.

Suggested solution:

Establish a way of communicating recurring errors to their Online.com staff.
