My complaint:
On, July 22, 2022, at approximately 10:32am, I purchased a large package of Beef for Stew, valued at $27.29. When opening the package of meat, the meat looked fresh on the top but after attempting to split the package of meat into two different zip lock bags, the meat at the bottom of the meat was old. At approximately 3:19pm, I took that package of meat back to the store for an exchange. After arriving back home and attempting to split the meat and put into zip lock bags, I noticed 4-5 pieces of wrapped candy, (i.e., Mr. Goodbar, Hershey and Krackel) under the meat. At this point the meat was returned for a full refund.
Suggested solution:
I have been a Sam's customer for over 21 years and have never experienced anything like this. With everything going on in the world today, we do not need your employees playing with the food that consumers purchase. I don't know how you could resolve this complaint. However, I will no longer be purchasing my meat products from Sam's.
