Sams Club complaint: I returned Sam’s Club furniture 5 months ago. Still not paid my refund

My complaint:

Sams club has told me they owe me 1692.30 for months but never sends the money back to my debit card

Today I contacted the nys attorney general

Suggested solution:

Refund my money to cc on file
