My complaint:
My wife went to get gas. The first time she put my debit card in to get gas it said there was an error. During this error, Sam’s Club took two payments of $175 out of my bank account. Then told my wife to re-insert our debit card to try again, this time taking out another charge of $175. After getting gas we were charged the amount of $53.25 and one of the $175 charges was removed. Sam’s Club still has two payments of $175 equaling $350 of my money pending in my bank account. Sam’s Club was not authorized to even take two payments of $175 out of my bank account. My wife got gas once and once only. Why did Sam’s Club think they were authorized to take three payments of $175 out of my bank account when getting gas. I’ve talked to my bank and they said this is strictly a Sam’s Club error because the money is still pending from Sam’s Club. Again there was no authorization and Sam’s Club should’ve never took two payments that equal $350 from my bank. Whether this was a glitch or mistake is not my problem. They need to give me my money back and I should be Refunded, the full amount of even the gas included for dealing with this
Suggested solution:
A full refund of all money immediately. They weren’t authorized to take money.
