My complaint:
We mitakenly orddered the inccorect egift cards, i called sams club within the hour hoping to exchange for the ones we intended or for a refund. Per there policy this was not an option. So to make the best of the situation I attempted to use the twp $100 goft cars. They did not work the website said the code was invailid. So what sems to have happend is that they disbaled them, Since they disabled them I would like a refund. Their ticket has been open for a week and a half with no progress. with the charge remiaing on my credit card and the gift cards deavtivated. I reached out to sams every day for the last 3 days askink for an update and they were unable to provide any new information. Incident: 231127-015771]
