My complaint:
ordered 8 gift cards received 3 gift cards said the others was on there way got a envelope from Sams club that the other 5 gift cards was suppose to be in there when i opened it nothing was in there I have been dealing with this for 7 days now to see why this has happened so far no answers, Sams club said they would send me a gift E-card but i can’t buy the lost gift cards I ordered this is bull crap , so this means I will have to rebuy all 5 gift cards that I already pd for again wow this is crazy I will not be buying any more gift cards from them I just might cancel my membership plus card with them, this is no way to do bussiness
Suggested solution:
give my money back for the 5 gift cards i didn't receive 130.40
