My complaint:

I purchased a Chanel bag at Saks on January 12, 2023 at Saks and returned it on January 18, 2023. Saks staff said they have post thé refund back to my account but I never have received it. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Saks customer service team, I have yet to receive any updates or solutions regarding my refund.

Help me to get my refund back.
