My complaint:
I ordered online an item that was on sale on June 3 and I was waiting for it.
The Oder is 321512881.
To my surprise it has been cancelled without any explanation.
This is UNACCEPTABLE and I need some type of compensation for it OR I will never with Saks.
Suggested solution:
I will need compensation like Saks credits in order for me to shop again with Saks for wasting my time and not getting my item on time.
