My complaint:
I bought three pairs of shoes.
kept one pair, returned two. received a refund only for one pair, still trying to get my refund but have been refused twice, due to a discrepancy of some sort.
called them 4 different times, each time they said we will escalate the request to the distribution department but still no refund.
they did acknowledge the receipt of the two pairs though.
I have a case number too.
