Sainsburys complaint: Refund owing from online delivery 6 weeks ago

My complaint:

On 15 Sept Sainsburys cancelled my delivery as the van had broken down. They promised a refund in 3-5 working days. 31 days later and still not received it!!!
I’ve rung the store several times and they have tried to chase it with their refund dept. I’ve used Messenger and Twitter and visited my local store but they still have my £135!!!
I’ve asked several times for a copy of their complaints procedure but I’ve not been provided with it

Suggested solution:

Refund my money the next working day
Provide a copy of their Complaints Procedure
