My complaint:

A Sainsburys deliver driver pulled out on me and my 3 young children. We were driving onto a roundabout with priority. The young lad (about 20, with a beard) had his mobile phone to his ear and didn’t even look towards his right. Doubtful he saw us before he emerged wrongly. I had to perform an emergency stop which stressed out my young children incredibly. The lad then drove off swearing at us, as I sounded my horn. His registration was PO21 YMT. This happened as I was travelling from Strathmore Avenue to Water Lane. He was coming from Periwinkle Lane, and travelling towards Periwinkle Lane.

Suggested solution:

Contacting me to explain that whey will reprimand this person for their poor attitude. They are representing Sainsburys even when they are driving on the roads, rather than in store. Swearing is unacceptable, and especially when you're in the wrong.
