My complaint:

Hello there,
Sorry to bother you but I have a couple of complaints.
I purchased 2 o f each of the following products instore at burton on trent.
I am housebound now and cannot get back to the store.
First item was 2 x roasting dish which we used each one only a couple of times and only used warm soapy water to wash them with. As you can see from photos that the covering is coming off and this got into the food so had to dispose of the food.
The second items were 2 x non slip cutting boards. which cost £25 in total.
We have only sliced a piece of bread on them and it is going into the surface and shards of plastic were in the bread!!! Not good for health and safety!!
Can you please help over this as I have no way of getting back to the store.

I am not happy as in total I have wasted about £35.
