My complaint:
When I entered the Sainsbury’s Westminster Queensway North Local store on 27th July 2023, and as I went past the fridges, the fridges were exceptionally cold. Something has happened to the fridges; they were so very cold. I have never experienced such cold fridges going into a food store before.
Please contact the store, and ensure that the fridges are restored to their normal settings.
Suggested solution:
Sainsbury's should contact Sainsbury's Westminster Queensway North Local store, and ensure that the chilled item fridges, are restored to their normal settings.
Also, please do more to ensure that more customer friendly staff work at Sainsbury's Westminster Queensway North Local store.
