My complaint:

I am an elderly, long term Sainsbury customer. I am unwell and housebound and hard of hearing. I depend on my weekly delivery. Each week since October 18th I have been charged for an item which I did not order and is never actually delivered. A Yeo Valley large blue full milk. I have to telephone, where I wait for ages and ages to be connected to someone. I am always told the problem will be fixed, technical help will telephone me in the next 48 hours, they never do, nor have I been refunded for all of the milks. I am at my wit’s end. I am a pensioner and it is over £3 each week extra. Please help me, Mrs Jem Gaskell

Stop this happening very week and refund me
