My complaint:
I bought a bottle of the cranbourne poacher beer and when i tried to open it, the glass around the cap broke so it is no longer drinkable. I used the bottle opener i always use and it has never caused this. I then opened a bottle of fullers london pride and it worked fine.
Suggested solution:
Replacement bottle of beer.
