My complaint:
I filled up my girlfriends car with Petrol at their petrol station and their pump malfunctioned dousing me with petrol I raised a complaint at their head office to be asked for details and they went quiet for a couple weeks when I pressed them to hear back to what their investigation concluded to they stalled me when I pressed further they concluded their investigation and didn’t offer any compensation nor an apology
Suggested solution:
The £30 of fuel which ended up on the floor and ruined my clothes costing me £250 to replace
