My complaint:
French sticks, rolls, bread are all over baked. It is so crusty there is no inner you can squeeze it and it crumbles and you fingers goes straight through. This has been on going for some time. I love a French stick but no way. Today was beyond a joke. I was not the only one complaining. Other customers were alarmed to see the burnt bread that anyone feared to put out for sale. Absolutely disgraceful.
Suggested solution:
Get proper bakers that respect the name and reputation of the store.
