My complaint:
I have entered the store along with my disabled autistic and epileptic son. I asked them to use the toilet that was usually for customers. Unfortunately, the lady at front, inhumanly did not let my son who is unable to talk or understand the situation, use the toilet!!!
Before this cruel experience, I could never, ever believe that under their smiley face, there is actually a monster that has no respect for vulnerable individuals!!!
Suggested solution:
I called Sainsbury’s head office, nevertheless, the inexperienced employee has apologised, but ed that the store’s attitude was right. Were they really right?
