My complaint:
hi my friend ,bought some jeans from your shop ..and got a size 42 tried on at home to big, and when he measured them they are actually 44 .. went back to get some smaller ones picked up 40 thinking they would be 42 when i measured them..no they measured 38 both in the same style etc labels all correct on garments and cardboard labels put on by Sainsburys correct .. … forgive me if I’m wrong but there has got to be someone some where not doing there job probably here …..
Suggested solution:
well maybe the checkers, checking products when they are made need better tape measure.. and to do there job properly .... i personally NEVER go by label sizes when i buy cause it varies from one shop to another if it fits me and i like it then i buy it
