My complaint:
Hello,
Just visited your store in thornhill.
Your policy for shopping allows two people to shop in the store yet when i go to pay for my shopping at the self service till i can only have myself or whoever i am with to load and pay for shopping.
If this is due to the amount of room in the self service tills i understand their isnt much but the store allows trolleys to go through so it makes no sense as i had to squeeze passed someone to get out. Its stupid!
I do not drive and my partener is pregnant so your staff made my partner stand outside in the freezing cold while i bagged my shopping and paid.
This is discusting and i will not be visiting your store ever again.
Suggested solution:
I want an apology for my partner who had to suffer in the freezing cold waiting.
