My complaint:
I wish to make a complaint about the store manager shahin Iman at wandsworth sainsbury’s bellvue road. Just tuesday gone it was about 9pm and i heard and witnessed him being verbally abusive towards one of the colleagues. Which i found quite shocking and disgusting. And the sainsbury’s colleague was clearly shaken up and distressed over the matter. I’ve been shopping at the store for 5 years and have never seen such horrendous treatment delivered to the staff. It made my shopping experience uncomfortable. Even more shocking the colleague revealed when i asked if there was anything that can be done to help Told me shahin has been rude, using curse words to other staff and even attacked a customer after inappropriately touching them and has been doing this for months. Whoever hired him needs to remove him, this is really appalling to know that bullying and harassment is going on especially to the good workers of the store. And i hope this matter gets addressed by whoever hired this store manager shahin. Sainsbury’s should be better than this. Bullying can not be allowed
Suggested solution:
Shahin Iman needs to be removed from the store. As his inappropriate behaviour and abusive treatment towards customers and staff should not be allowed. No one should be tolerating or acceptting his bullying them. He is a disgusting man and i hope the staff recieve better treatment.
