My complaint:
Your male pharmacist with the glasses is a racist jerk. I came in to enquirer about a prescription I had. He goes checks his computer whatever and he’s talking to one of the staff. I take pain medication for a legitimate problem. As he’s talking to the staff member he makes a nasty comment about me. He says she probably just uses the medication to get loaded there all drug abusers referring to my native heritage! He should be fired for treating me that way! To have such an ignorant attitude in this day and age is unacceptable!
Suggested solution:
Fire him!
