My complaint:
I am a 49 year old African-American lady who has lupus disease and after contacting Covid I developed a chronic cough at night so my doctor prescribe me promethazine with codeine for the cough and I was having it filled at Walgreens without a problem and Walgreens discontinue the medication so they helped me find a new pharmacy that carryed my medication so I have my doctor sent it to Safeway and I got it feel there three times and then the last time the pharmacist told my husband, he will not fill it for me there anymore and red flag me so I cannot get my prescription filled at any Safeway in Arizona I am filing this complaint because they red flaged me like I did something wrong that is what you called definition of character and I don’t think it’s fair. All I’m asking is that I can get my medication
Suggested solution:
I need my medication and I feel really embarrassed because they red flagged me like I was some type of criminal I will be contacting her attorney about this matter because I don’t feel like it’s fair. This is what you call definition of character and I didn’t do anything wrong. I will be posting this on social networks as well
