My complaint:
A customer was upset that we were closed early and made a vaguely racist remark towards me because we couldnt slice her some roast beef and we tried being calm and professional but then she continued to speak rudely and poorly towards me, a now ex employee, and when I lost my cool the store director didnt even write me up, suspend me, or give me a warning and skipped straight to mutually cutting ties so i wouldnt be able to get unemployment and wouldnt even listen to my side of the story after making me work 5 hours in a row before i even got 1 ten minute break, now had i not been overworked and not given my break as late as it was i would have been able to handle that encounter more professionally. this encounter happened with the store director Max at store location 1546 and the address is 221 W Heron St in Aberdeen, WA 98520
Suggested solution:
correct the poorly handled situation and either work with me on changing my shift or allowing me to work til i find a new job not just making me leave for one bad altercation between a customer who was basically harassing me over roast beef, if i could give zero stars i would
