My complaint:
Huge issues with climate control on pick up orders. All of my frozen stuff was thawed when I received it, I got that refunded. Then I opened the prosciutto nd mozzarella I got and it’s rotten and moldy. Because I already got some of that order refunded, I have no way to make a complaint. When I tried on their website, no way to submit the form. I want a refund, I’m so grossed out and disappointed in the lack of quality when I paid almost $7 for this, plus could have gotten very sick, had I not noticed.
Suggested solution:
A refund would be a good start, a gift card for the trouble all of this causes would be even better. I’m tired of wasting food and having to go get the products that are bad.
